 How This Session Works: Every Sunday, beginning on September 21, 2025 through December 7, 2025, a Pre-recorded Light Weigh One King Meeting link will be sent to your email and remain up one week for you to view. There will be a LIVE KICK OFF meeting on Wednesday September 24rd, a LIVE MIDWAY CHECK-IN on October 28th & a LIVE WEEK 12 CHECK-IN on December 9th. (Suzanne is doing one midway & twelve week check-in for both programs). The Pre-recorded meetings are treasure troves of Bible Study, great advice & motivation from Suzanne and other members. Members who do the Pre-recorded meetings have been very successful with one member recently losing 68 pounds and overcoming a lifetime of nightly binge eating. Praise God!
