How This Session Works: Every Sunday, beginning on January 18, 2026 through April 5, 2026, a Pre-recorded Light Weigh Classic Meeting link will be sent to your email and remain up one week for you to view.
The Pre-recorded meetings are treasure troves of Bible Study, great advice & motivation from Suzanne and one another. Members who do the Pre-recorded meetings have been very successful with one member recently losing 68 pounds and overcoming a lifetime of nightly binge eating. Praise God! This session will help you keep on track the beginning of the new year.  Your workbook will be priority mailed to you and the Digital Audio series link will be emailed to you.
