How This Session Works: Every Sunday, beginning on January 18, 2026 through April 5, 2026, a Pre-recorded Light Weigh Classic Meeting link will be sent to your email and remain up one week for you to view.
The Pre-recorded meetings are treasure troves of Bible Study, great advice & motivation from Suzanne and one another. Members who do the Pre-recorded meetings have been very successful with one member recently losing 68 pounds and overcoming a lifetime of nightly binge eating. Praise God!
